The drive thru was so slow. Took them 15 minutes just to make a sandwich. The dude working seemed sketchy.

I went after I got off work in a bad mood due to a bad day and I was craving a ham and provolone. I went expecting mediocre food and service. To my surprise it was a great sandwich but what I was more impressed by was the extravagant customer service. Samantha immediately put a smile on my face with her witty humor. It really made my day seeing someone so young go above and beyond their job.

I came in today on my lunch break, and the person making my sandwich didn’t hear me right and put pickles on my sandwich which is fine accidents happen the manager was really nice at first and said she could remake my sandwich for me. But then she started making my sandwich personally for me and she was just throwing things on there being really rude about it. I probably won’t be returning to this subway i’m a manager and tone is everything! Looking at the sandwich she made me is just so messy and torn apart. I don’t even wanna eat it! It was really just a waste of my time and money. I highly recommend going to any other subway in Billings!

Came in and ordered the spicy nacho chicken sandwich got home ate it and then immediately started to feel sick went to the doctor and have food poisoning. Something in that sandwich was spoiled will never eat here again.

We ordered 6 sandwiches on the app. We are on a road trip and thought it would be easy to pick up and go so we didn’t have to stop. We were already back on the road when we started unwrapping the sandwiches and to our disappointment, we only received 5 out of 6 sandwiches. Then on further look, 4 out of the 5 sandwiches we did get were wrong; they all had either the wrong bread, wrong sauce, missing meat, etc. We could not go back so we tried to call to get some sort of solution but the phone did not even ring and said that the voicemail was full so we could not even leave a message. We did not get what we paid for and were not offered a solution. This is the last time I order subway online or ever!!!
