I automatically feel rushed when they take my order and their body language says it all, they act irritated to do their job. It's customer service, do better subway. I won't be frequenting this subway ever again!

Jake made my order and let tell you what that young man is a great worker for his age and age group these days. I am a true blue collar kinda guy he impressed me when I asked for more of this or that he looked me in the eye with enthusiasm to complete what I asked. He mentioned he want to do it how I asked. His customer service is on point and his ability to do it with a smile to be at his job and work ethic. He needs a raise and our praise. Thank you Jake to remind us all to have a smile and do our jobs there is more like you out there glad I got to see it. Keep up the good work. You will go far in life!!!
