- HHHeidiSep 4, 20251.0Placed a pickup order and made my way to the store. When I arrived there was only one worker (female, red hair in a braid). There were several people in line. I sat down and waited for my order to be made. After 20 minutes of waiting for ONE sandwich I asked when it would be made and if I had to wait in line since it was an online order. She said she had to work through the ENTIRE LINE before starting online orders. So this means the possible never ending line of new customers that come in take precedence over an online order that was placed over 20 minutes ago. As I left she said “if you don’t like my bad attitude you can go to another store.” Will not be returning. SIDE NOTE: after reading other reviews, I guess it’s common place for this location to only employ one person per day. Super. 0/10 would not recommend. Go literally anywhere else!
