Purposely did not cook my tortilla for my burrito. Male employee. Had to get a remake and you can see this tortilla is actually cooked but they put less meat in it. Now you lost a customer. Also gave my queso to the customer Infront of me. Manager was saying "well we put cold toppings on it is why it's cold" but nah this tortilla was uncooked PURPOSEFULLY.

I have never had a bad experience with Qdoba before, there are a couple ladies there I always see every time I come (ome with short blonde hair and usually has a flower in it, one with dark short hair and glasses) and they are so sweet and do a great job. Today wasn't my favorite, as the gentleman who was cashiering seemed to be in a huge rush or something and didn't ask if I wanted a drink or chips and queso and didn't grab my daughter's juice and chips for her kids meal, so I had to tell one of the ladies I usually see there, and she was much more helpful. I usually have a great service experience there but I honestly get the best service from those 2 ladies.

Every time we come during the evening there is food all over. The kid that has made our bowls flings food everywhere as he sort of aims for the bowl. Both rices are mixed together and the meats also. The food doesnt look fresh and we honestly wonder if we are going to get food poisoning each time we come. 3 kids standing behind the counter talking and it literally looks like they could have had a food fight. Its disgusting and we should have just left instead of paying for food.

Was just in Qdoba Billings and waited to order for about 5 minutes. There were two workers on the line and one of them called for their manager, Linda, to come up and help because the line was getting long. Linda belittled these employees in-front of the whole restaurant and kept it up the whole time I was in there. No wonder it’s hard to keep employees when management is completely out of line.

It’s been at least 10 years since I’ve had Qdoba and hopefully I never will again. First off, my wife’s bowl was delivered as a burrito, which seems to be a fault of the restaurant’s system for online orders as the ticket reads “chicken queso burrito” then under that line, “bowl”. Not that it matters: my burrito was correct and it was not good. Their burritos are 25% tortilla, 65% rice and then 10% of the remaining toppings that you actually want. It ends up being a bland carb bomb with an ounce of protein and a splash of whatever sauce you picked out. The queso is truly gross. It was runny and just tasted like creamy chicken stock with green chile in it. Nothing about it was cheesy. The chips were crispy but also bland and not salted. I really don’t understand how anyone is a repeat customer, this was really disappointing.
