But I can going in and they are busy and get 5-star service and then go in when they are slow and get attitude and exasperated employees. My most recent visit was like pulling teeth trying to order two bowls. The gentleman preparing the bowls was only half listening and I had to repeat myself numerous times and he still messed up the bowls. I was getting frustrated so I decided it wasn't that big of an issue and I didn't want to get angry because it was a holiday and i wanted to try and be understanding.(No allergy related issues or anything.) I was mostly upset at the service and the fact that he wasn't listening rather than having to pick off an item i didn't want from my bowl. But the gentleman at the register was very nice and pleasant. He made the experience a little bit better.
