  ordered wings and they took forever just to come out with no sauce on mine or my brothers. The bathroom was gross and the eating area was just as bad.

  I called in a large order for work and I had to use several gift cards that had to be keyed in by hand. Sinder helped me and was very efficient and friendly. It is hard to find that anymore and I greatly appreciated it!

  I've been coming to this location for a long time, and normally, the experience is fine and the food is good, but tonight I had the worst experience. First, we waited behind a vehicle for 15 minutes, in a DRIVE THRU, however, that wasn't the worst part, when we got to the window, they forgot one of our 8pc wings, we sat outside the window for like 3-5 minutes before anyone noticed and came back to the window, ok, thats fine, but while waiting we noticed the wings we did get were smashed, ok, thats fine, but they were also wrong. After they handed us the ones they forget we decided we wanted a refund for the whole order, we were even willing to give back the food, but we were denied the refund and only offered a refund for the wrong wings, we took it. While finishing up the transaction my partner said "Just do your job right next time" and the lady at the window said "We'll remember that". We then called to make a complaint but the person who answered was the person who was at the window and said that we were being rude to her, right, like telling you to do your job right when you got stuff wrong and forgot items isn't being rude, its telling the truth. I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this location despite being a customer almost my whole life because I grew up here.

  READ ALL REVIEWS NOT JUST THIS ONE BEFORE ORDERING! THIS PLACE HAS A PATTERN! We ordered it for delivery and it said 30 minutes through the app 30 minutes goes by and nothing. We then get a text saying DoorDash has picked up your order should be there within ten minutes. We never ordered through DoorDash…. We call thinking it’s the store and get outsourced to India where they then send us over to the store and we were told “oh the driver just picked it up” are you serious? So we wait another ten minutes this Pizza Hut is 2 miles down the road from our hotel. We then get a text saying the phone number of the driver and we call him “oh I just picked it up but I’ll be there in two minutes” Ordered a bbq pizza can’t taste any BBQ sauce at all just pizza dough, cheese and meat. Also ordered a supreme where’s the sauce?! So disappointed there’s WAY better pizza huts in Billings than this one. Pizza was cold. I don’t blame the DoorDash driver that picked it up I blame this establishment for their timing and not having a driver on staff. Had we known we would’ve never tipped through the app and just given the driver cash. I do hope the DoorDash driver gets the whole tip and not just partial. Unacceptable Pizza Hut you need to do ALOT better if I could’ve left 0 stars I would’ve but the app won’t let me
