  I live in Lockwood and had ordered delivery. A pizza, papadia, and some cheesesticks. It was all fantastic. The papadia looked a little thin but it tasted fantastic so I don't even care. I'm not joking when I say it was honestly some of the best pizza we've had in over a year. I even made sure to call and tell them how well they did.

  Tonight, I came in to pick up an order that I had already paid for online. Upon entering the store, my party and I were not greeted, despite three employees being present and making direct eye contact with us. Two other guests were also waiting and were not acknowledged during this time. While we waited, the store phone rang multiple times and was ignored. After attempting to get assistance by saying hello, I received no response and had to ask a second time before someone finally came over. Even then, there was no greeting or apology—only a curt request for the name on the order. When I asked the manager for his name, his response was particularly disappointing. Rather than introducing himself, he pointed to the door and stated that his name was “on the door.” This response came across as dismissive and unnecessarily power-driven, especially given the lack of attention being given to customers inside the establishment. I want to acknowledge that this occurred on Christmas night, and I understand that working during a major holiday can be challenging. However, that does not excuse the absence of basic courtesy or professionalism. A business—especially one led by a manager whose name is displayed—should reflect leadership through respectful service and accountability. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received and felt disregarded as a customer.

  Took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though there was 4 people working. A kid with long hair wasn't wearing a hairnet, hat, or it pulled back and he kept touching his hair and face with his ungloved hands and then people's pizzas. Seemed with 4 people working only an older gentleman was doing anything.

  Waited in drive thru 10 minutes just to have to go inside because they couldn't see the Blue Tahoe that was listed on box was blue.
