The lady over the speaker was very rude the whole time always asking if that was it then getting upset when I added more. I pull up to the window still being respectful and they give me my drinks. 10 mins later they come back with my food and say “here is that” in a tone that implies that there is more coming and they leave the drive through window open. So I’m sitting there wondering if I’m getting more and a worker comes up and SLAMS the drive through window closed. I sit there shocked for 5 MORE MINUTES then the worker comes back and in the most rude tone ever asks why I’m still sitting in the drive through. I told her respectfully that I was just confused and she made it seem like there was more. On top of this terrible service they forgot a whole soup and a sandwich. I just don’t like how these workers made me feel like I was a creep for being confused and they COULDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER RIGHT.

We love coming here,, except,, we always get the same cashier -Katie- . We've only had one good experience with her and EVERY other visit we have felt very unwelcome. We used to order at the counter but she speaks to us in a very condescending manner. We now order at the self serve kiosk. She is usually the one to deliver our food to the table and her customer service skills needs some work. She uses no manners, does not engage in any type of conversation, is impatient and in a rush and makes us feel like a burden.
