I got the french onion soup normal portion and it came out in a bigger bowl but the same exact amount of soup. Like they were supposed to do 2 ladels or something but its 1, and the same size, for double the price. My soup wasnt hot, it was lukewarm and as you can see in the photo the cheese didnt even melt. It was just there like bleh The flavor of mine was decent, but canr get past the temperature, price and overall experience. Will not be visiting this or any other panera again.

- JAJulie AndersonJan 1, 20265.0The coffee is good, it is self serve with refills which is great. The breakfast is all good, especially the bagels. If you like sweets try the cinnamon crunch bagle. Crusty bread to put in the soup as croutons is a nice touch. Friendly staff too.

The lady over the speaker was very rude the whole time always asking if that was it then getting upset when I added more. I pull up to the window still being respectful and they give me my drinks. 10 mins later they come back with my food and say “here is that” in a tone that implies that there is more coming and they leave the drive through window open. So I’m sitting there wondering if I’m getting more and a worker comes up and SLAMS the drive through window closed. I sit there shocked for 5 MORE MINUTES then the worker comes back and in the most rude tone ever asks why I’m still sitting in the drive through. I told her respectfully that I was just confused and she made it seem like there was more. On top of this terrible service they forgot a whole soup and a sandwich. I just don’t like how these workers made me feel like I was a creep for being confused and they COULDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER RIGHT.
