    Went through drive 10 minutes ago and girl at payment window super unfriendly and puts off she does NOT want to be there!! Guy at pickup was friendly but literally having every car pull around. Got my breakfast and in my sausage McMuffin there was the longest nasty hair 🤮 Make your employees actually control their hair, and use nets if they are preparing the actual food. And if that girl doesn’t want to be there find someone who does!!!

    Nearly every time I go to this McDonald’s my order gets messed up. It doesn’t matter if I order online or in person feels like nine times out of ten I don’t get what I order I’ll end up getting a diet soda when I don’t ask for diet soda or get the wrong type of burger. Make sure you check your orders if you go here.

    Love this McDonald’s, they do the best they possibly can the customers are the ones who are very impatient and rude. Even when getting yelled at countless times by customers the employees keep there head high they are very kind I appreciate this spot very much!

    I've gone thru this drive-thru countless times but in the last year I've been told,"we'll be right with you." Then 1 to 3 cars in the other lane get served. I'm absolutely sick of it, do better.

    Don't go here!!! Staff was extremely rude and they forgot our sauce. As we were looking at what we wanted, the lady was rolling her eyes, and making us feel unwelcome. There was two of us, and we were ordering for one other person, during this, she had the audacity to look over at me and say, "wow she's hungry." If you're thinking about coming to this McDonald's, Maybe reconsider, and try the other Heights Location.
