  You know, I'm not too concerned over .50 cents, but when you just lie to our faces that's just rude. You say $25 even at the speaker. We get to the window and then you tell us $25.50, what does our receipt say? $25 EVEN no .50 cents. Just do better Miranda. Stop lying to people and being rude. No I'm not mad about .50 cents. I'm mad about her lack of honesty.

  I have Jimmy Johns once in a blue moon. Everytime it looks like the sandwich has been sat on/put into a cardboard baler, which is no one’s fault, that’s just how sandwiches operate I guess. Anyways it’s always amazing. Every time. I eat here maybe once a year, and it’s arguably better than any other sandwich place in town. I don’t know what kind of black magic you’re cooking up in the back, but keep cooking it because I’m gonna eat it 10 times out of 10. Thank you

  I love Jimmy John's and the Sapphire drive-through is the best! Fast, friendly, makes me happy. The sandwiches are great, and I like that they have options - wheat bread, toasted, lettuce wraps & chips, cookies, etc. Definitely a regular stop for me.

  Im not exactly sure what the deal was today.. There is usually great food and even better service, however when getting my usual two of the workers seemed distracted. A red head and a short brunette, both girls, chose to talk to eachother instead of finishing my sandwich which was already made and sitting on the line. Very disappointing.
