    Afraid to eat my ice cream because an employee was in the restroom stall next to mine when I used the restroom and the employee didn't wash her hands before she left the restroom. So disgusting.... Be aware of unsanitary employees here. I said something about it and management didn't do anything about it. 🤢🤢🤢

    We ordered a birthday cake on the 26 or 27th of November to have it ready for pick up at 5:30 on the 28th. We got there and they said they didn’t receive our cake order and asked if we sent it to another DQ so we double checked and we were at the right DQ. They told us that their online doesn’t work well supposedly and talked my mother into buying an ice cream cake that was marked good until “November 27th” which it was the 28th. Very disappointed they sold my mom a cake that wasn’t good and my little sister wasn’t too happy about her birthday cake. If I could give 0 stars I would because that 27.99 cake was garbage

    just went in, somehow spent $45? we ordered two 6 piece baskets. we payed $6 for extra ranch, and was 1 ranch cup in both baskets. absolutely ridiculous, these kids do not know how to do their jobs or ask proper questions.
