No ranch- missing half my chicken strips but definitely charged for the whole thing. I understand that mistakes are made but this was Oops I gave you a 4 piece instead of 6- there is no 3 piece on the menu so whoever packed it knew they were shortchanging. There were 4-5 staff visible at the drive up and only 3 cars total in line so its not like it was overly busy either.
