- BRBeau RodgersNov 9, 20255.0Huge shout out to the management team here at the Main St location. The GM Richard was an absolutely extraordinary superb-friendly and amazingly hard worker. He helped a homeless couple get a little bit of food for 2 of their children, and never looked down on them. His ability to coach his fellow employees was outstanding, during 5 oclock rush. He treated everyone of his customers with respect and kindness. I will never be going to another Chipotle location again that Richard is not working at. This is home.

The young gal that came out just rushed through the service with no mind to the work and I had a pretty poorly made dish served to me. She also had a seriously bad demeanor, like I was wrong to have come in an interrupted whatever petty convo she was having. I was not expecting much an was still unsatusfied. The management is obviously not running a good shop that creates a good experience. Just having to deal with poor behavior and overpriced fake mexican food is a bit much.
