  11 inch blonde hair in my food, bedded all the way down into my rice, followed it all the way to the other end of my bowl! You have to go through such a process to get a new bowl (I was already home)

  I’ve had decent experiences. The food can be hit or miss, but it’s a convenient option when working late. This would be a 1-star if I’d never visited this store before to know it’s not typically like this. Tonight (02/12/26 at 7:56pm), however, the service was unacceptable. The younger employee working rolled his eyes at both me and another customer as we walked in. He was also the one who rang me up, and he was visibly irritated and barely spoke throughout the entire interaction. What crossed the line was when I pulled out a gift card. Instead of asking for it or allowing me to hand it to him, he reached over the computer and snatch it out of my hands without saying a single word. He did not politely take it. He did not say, “I’ll handle that for you.” and allow me to hand it to him. He literally *snatched* it out of my hand. It was abrupt, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. Basic courtesy would have completely changed the interaction. I was honestly so caught off guard that I didn’t say anything in the moment, but it was inappropriate and uncomfortable.   Chipotle delivers calories without enjoyment. The chips are stale. The only discernible flavor is salt, applied generously and without strategy. Somehow the food manages to be salty and bland at the same time, which feels intentional. 90% hard rice. The experience is joyless. I ate it. I regretted it.

  I've ordered chips and queso with my food the last 3 times and each time, they have not put the chips in the bag. So I have a side of queso and no chips, I can understand it happening once, but 3 times in a row is just ridiculous. The app would only "replace" one. I work food service myself and understand that mistakes can be made, but the same mistake 3 times in 2 weeks to the same person just shows a lack of paying attention and lack of care. I will drive to the heights location from now on since its the same distance from me. I gave this location 3 chances. Reading tickets really isn't that hard.
