They're working their tails off trying their best, yet no one is there leading them. Shame on the management! The kids tried hard to make me a vanilla cone, dipped in chocolate. No chocolate left. No more available. Floors were dangerously slick with huge spills and mess. Of course, the owners have the place short staffed. Pretty appalling performance by everyone but these kids, trying to do their best without leadership. Two stars because they tried. No return.... Shame on the owners and management. Bill
