- KBKate Bauer-PetersApr 19, 20261.0I call it like I see it. Corporate you suck. This poor store does not have enough staff. If this is not the management problem than what is it. Food was good but the staff are literally sweating bullets trying to get things out.

My ONLY complaint is that yummy gravy was only 1/3 full and not enuff for 4 chicken strips, there was room in that cup for more, jus sayin... But I've tried Sonic near you as well as pizza hut and suffice it to say your fresh food was the Bomb. You are Sonics competition. Sonic has lazy rude employees who bring out luke warm food that one waits too long for....that speaks volumes about Sonic... Kudos to you Dairy Queen.

Out of all of years I’ve ordered food from here, today was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up but the way they handle the mistake was amazing. Manager Megan was apologetic and they were incredibly fast righting the mistake made. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Heights DQ. Keep up the good work!
