- JHJen HarleyApr 9, 20261.0Ordered on the app for pickup at 6. Arrived just after 6 to 4 cars in the drive through and waited 18-minutes for the first car to get their food and move. It was 6:30 before I was to the window to get my now soggy and cold food. In every other drive through restaurant, they would ask you to move around and would bring the food out so WHY is the move here to keep cars waiting for 30 minutes for their food. Yes I complained and was given a free drink to compensate for the $50 in inedible food. The lettuce was warm and everything else in the bowl was freezing cold. Will never be back because this is not how food should be made and this is terrible customer service. Disappointed and frustrated. I ordered ahead to save myself time because I had a very specific window to grab dinner and I missed that window by sitting in the drive through for 30+ minutes.

- JRJonah RodriguezFeb 21, 20261.0Its absolutely frustrating when I'm trying to confirm an online order to feed my team of employees and I can only get an AI response that continuously tries to take my order and when i finally get it to transfer I can never get ahold of the store for a simple 30 second confirmation as orders placed online are almost always incorrect, from now on these company lunches will go to another restaurant more capable of providing proper customer service and actual help.
