  Absolutely wild how an order of nachos, mozzarella sticks and a handful of wings can take close to 50 minutes. Do they not have a back of house manager??? Anyone that is trying to maintain decent ticket times? I would love for someone to explain how those 3 items can take 50 minutes to make? This is definitely not on the front of house staff.

  The young man who took my call last night at 10:10pm was extremely helpful and everything was made correctly and tasted amazing

  Expect to be ignored. I came in to pick up a cheeseburger and after 15 minutes of not even seeing an employee at the to-go counter I ask a front of house employee cleaning in the dining room if someone is supposed to be helping the line of customers at the to-go counter. She assured me that she must just be packing orders. Which normally I understand. However, the board now showed my order had been done for at least 10 minutes. They were pretty dead. Then the woman managing the counter comes around and asks us if we have been helped yet knowing it has been 15-20 minutes since they have even popped around the corner to the to-go area. I told her no and that it has been over 15 minutes since an employee has been there. She then gets an attitude, no acknowledgement or apology. Just poor service from someone who's job is service. How hard could it be to take a second to even acknowledge those waiting? How hard could it be to communicate? The smallest effort made could have turned it into a decent experience but she chose to be rude. No one wants to be completely ignored for 15-20 minutes.

  Awesome wings! Olivia was friendly, had great customer service and had my take out order prepped fast!

  My favorite restaurant. The parm garlic wings are to die for. The staff is awesome and they also make good roy Rodgers . If I could I would leave 100 stars
