They employ a lot of teenagers so take it easy and it don't expect them to know what great service is like but, they're very friendly and take corrective criticism gracefully! The kids love the arcade and Friday and Saturday nights are very very very busy! The perfect place if you need a room for a birthday.
- EMEmma MaugerJan 24, 20261.0Paid for my family to eat here and requested no receipt. I told the cashier the rest of the people will come soon (I paid for these people). When the rest of the people come, and I walk over to hand them their cups that I paid for, a lady (NOT the cashier) demanded that I show her my receipt in order to prove I paid for everyone. After telling her I didn't have a receipt, she repeatedly asked for my receipt. When the cashier told the lady that we surely did pay and we have a right to be here, she demanded that the cashier show her proof of me paying. After about 40 second of her demanding proof of payment and my family looking at her completely confused, she just gave up and let us finally eat. Throughout our time there, she stood at the front entrance desk just staring at us. Whenever we would go up to get food, she would keep a close eye on us, even coming to stand near us. We had multiple staff apologize for her behavior, except herself. This was gross behavior and I'm not sure what was going on with her that day, but I do not appreciate her treating us like this. Not to mention we are all way younger than her, and she cannot be older than 30. I cannot believe she would treat children the way she did. I did got get her name because we just wanted to leave so bad. This happened at the heights pizza ranch on a Friday night at around 6.
