  My bad experiences started on Halloween 2025. The place was a disaster! Piles of people in the lobby trying to get their money back because nobody was getting their food, and if they were it was very, very incorrect. The drive through was a mess as well and people were coming in upset. I asked to speak to a manger so I could cancel my order and get my $40 back and nobody came out or was even attempting to get ahold of the chaos. Ended up leaving with many of the others. Tried going back a couple times since and they're so so slow. I dont have the time to stop there most days anymore. Went to get a double cheeseburger tonight, its 915pm, and they closed the drive through 3 hours early. Tried to walk in the lobby and they locked the door in my face. No signs explaining the early closer. Went to burger king instead and it was great! This place needs to get better management and work on consistency. They used to be good, not sure whats happened in recent months.

  When we walked in we were not greeted by anyone. One of the workers was sitting on the bench. I understand we were close to closing time, but we just got off of a plane and just needed a quick bite before we hit the road. If they didn’t want to fix us the food then tell us that. There was nothing about it that was good. The pop tastes bad, my fries were soggy, my chicken didn’t seem cooked, my fish was so cold that I couldn’t even eat it because I didn’t know if it was cooked at all.

  I haven't eaten McDonald's in over 5 years and I used to love the big Mac before I realized how toxic fast food is. So over the last 3 weeks I've been to 3 McDonald's and not one had a person speaking to me who could speak English, talk to me about an issue or keep me from waiting for over 5 minutes to the point that I just pulled away and went home and cooked food like any person who is actually concerned about the economy but I finally found a place I could get the food I ordered and I will say the new Big Mac for $15 was very disappointing. I won't repeat my order but the (again) non English speaking employees were very nice and that should be applauded. I think the guys name who was very polite, hospitable and personable was named Afghan. He's from Belarus i believe. Super nice guy who should be praised for his personality. Unfortunately the food is just terrible and probably isn't isolated to this location. I'm probably just too used to eating real food. Anyways thanks Afghan. I'd be happy to speak on your behalf regarding citizenship but you said you grew up here and are from a different country which isnt consistent so not sure if you're lying or not but again, good personality.
