    My Gordita crunch taco shell was STALE. It was gross and I was looking forward too it… last time my burrito has a million jalapeños added to it and I did not ask for them :(

    Staff acted like I didn't even exist while picking up an order. If you're stressed out over drive thru orders piling up, just remember to breathe. I waited over 5 minutes and they acted like I didn't exist.

    I had some of the worst drive thru service. I actually heard the person sigh when I asked for a moment to figure out what I wanted to order. Then the person kept asking if I wanted different items on the menu, which got very frustrating. Then once I got my order it wasn’t all there.

    I ordered a 12 pack of soft shell supreme taco with extra meat and cheese and easy lettuce. The extra meat and cheese was a twenty dollar addition and they didn’t do any thing that I requested and paid for. My 12 pack of tacos and two meat burritos was $69 dollars. That is ridiculous amount of money for tacos that aren’t even made right. I will be very verbal about how Taco Bell has completely fallen off with the quality of their food but they are charging the equivalent amount as a normal restaurant.
