They have messed up our order more than once and they make it a pain to use the store credit They give as compensation. Just tried to use a credit we were given for the wrong pizza being delivered last time and was given a list of excuses as to why we couldn't use it/credit not even existing then was hung up on. It was honestly easier just doing a chargeback with the credit card than dealing with their bs. Won't make the mistake of ordering here again.

We ended up waiting 10 mins before she came back to take our order, plus another 15 for the food. They also had a friend there who would go behind the counter and into the kitchen as well, made us very uncomfortable.
