  Ordered 2 drinks and 2 meals got a lot of attitude and a sarcastic laugh.. carhop brought out 3 drinks and I told them I didn’t order a 3rd drink she tried to tell me they didn’t do refunds and went and got her manager the manager came and got the drink and said she would do the refund but I sat in my car for 20 mins waiting I had to call someone back just to get sauce and never got my refund!

  me and my family are on a trip and we stopped at this sonic. we sat there for fifteen minutes waiting for them to even take the order and didnt get the food until 35 mins later. then gave us to many extras with our meal. we ordered a pretzel, corndog, mozzarella sticks, diet coke with vanilla, dr pepper, diet dr pepper, and they gave us a chilly dog and chicken tenders. very slow

  The carhop had a stank attitude, we ordered groovy fries and didn’t get any sauce, and I ordered (and paid for) a master shake and received a regular one. Spin around and go to McDonald’s instead.

  The way the owner (Ray Winstead) treats the staff is horrible. The worst I HAVE EVER SEEN! The professionalism is completely absent.
