- OTOne Two2 days ago3.0If the young woman with braids and a nose piercing would only put down her cellphone to focus on the customer and the total Taco Bell experience of how to upsell and actually know the menu instead of saying "huh" and becoming negatively animated for no reason and follow her older mature teammates instructions who is working and moving then maybe she will understand business administration abit better. She needs to be taught customer service and when and when not to use her cellphone plus know the menu and never laugh at a customer because you "think" you are right as if you are in a high school classroom setting of popularity. Out here it is business. Back inside your home and on your streets it is personal...know the difference.
