  During delivery today, they stated that they wouldn't no longer be able to deliver to my address. To be fair, one pizza was wrong with today's order. 2 toppings were switched out and was cold. Whitney made the order today. I thought something was wrong when they took over 45 minutes on quality check. I've been getting pizzas delivered since 2014 here. Im 11 minutes away. But unless I drive to meet them, its a no go. I tip pretty good and even called once to make sure the driver received it. Each store is different with the radius. Its just sad to see this happen since its been years with service. I wont be meeting them. So sayonara Domino's

  Dear Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had while placing an order by phone at your Domino’s location. The employee who answered the call was discourteous and dismissive throughout the interaction. Their tone and manner were unprofessional, which made the ordering process uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of this interaction, I am hesitant to place future orders with this location. I believe customer service plays a critical role in maintaining trust and loyalty, and I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately.   The Domino's in Wiggins is really good. The service is quick and the pizzas are made with perfection.

  Honestly this was the first time I've eaten at Domino's Pizza. I was really surprised that my pizza was fixed light on the sauce just like I wanted. Finally a pizza place that actually listened.
