  Picked up a order after a very long day. The fish sandwich was extremely old. The bag was sealed but they decided to substitute the order. Npt only did they npt ask but they could have said something WHILE I was there!! They subbed and put jalapeno poppers in without asking. I tried to explain that my husband could not eat them due to stomach issues. He tried to stress to me that they're not even spicy and I had to explain that it's a medical reason! The fries were hard as a rock and could not even be chewed. I believable food was from that morning or either lunch rush. The night manager chose to say nothing when handing it to me! I'm posting this review almost a week later because i still have not gotten a refund. After a 45 minute drive home I find this out. I live way over a hour away and never get to go that direction hardly. The night shift manager was extremely rude. Yelled and said that I would have to bring my card in for a refund and then decided to hang up the phone!! I heard it! This is my 3rd trip in a row where they haveessed up our orders. I will never eat here again and will make sure to share my experience with others. We are not picky at all and will eat almost anything. So for it to be this bad and not be able to eat it after not eating all day says a lot!! This will be WAY over $100 that we have literally had to throw away in the past 2 months. I understand things happen, and that's why we gave them one last chance. I used to work in these fast food places, So i'm extremely familiar. At this point I just want my money back, and I will never step foot in there again! The night shift manager should really be let go if that's how he treats people. Hes in the wrong business!

  I'm just going to throw out there that I am a traveling salesperson. I eat out everyday. I really like Arby's so I eat at a lot of different Arby's across south Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. This location is, hands down, the best I've been to. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was straight, the young lady at the counter was friendly and looked like she really enjoyed being there. Food came out hot.. not like warm hot, but "I had to give my potato cakes a minute to cool down before smashing" hot. Let them know they did a great job on the way out and the fella in the back cooking was out for a second and he was just as nice. This is my favorite Arby's now.

  Spectacular service this evening, food was great, manager was as sweet as could be, and so was the cashier. Loved it

  I've only been here a handful of times (maybe) and each time I was greeted either at the speaker or inside almost immediately. The workers were friendly and the food was hot and very good. My favorite is the gyros and I've never had a bad one from here. And whoever the young gentleman is in the back making sandwiches, he deserves a promotion and raise!
