- JJJay Jay4 days ago1.0I hate to put this issue on this specific store itself because I have always had a good experience IN PERSON here. Yesterday I placed a large order for delivery from the mobile app adding a large tip and everything- my order contained NO REGULAR TACOS, the order I received was ONLY 3 soft tacos and about 50 sauce packets. I immediately began going through the proper channels to report this issue hoping to have MY FOOD delivered because my family was hungry. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact support since this happened and haven’t heard back at all. Obviously at this point I want a refund but don’t even know how to get one if I can’t get in touch with anyone. So the one star should reflect more on Taco Bell’s cooperate customer service (or lack there of) and less on this specific restaurant but I’m doing everything I can to attempt to get someone to give my money back for the food I didn’t get.

Pretty big let down. Besides that, they were fast and nice but you can expect to get stiffed a little with the premium ingredients.
