I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of communication and attentiveness made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management will address these issues to improve service for future customers.

Me and four other customers were waiting in the drive thru to order, but no one answered other than the automated message saying to wait. I finally drive up to the first window after almost 10 minutes of waiting to see someone sitting down, away from the register on her phone. She decides not get up until a minute later after I was staring at her to only tell me the place was closed. Apparently Google needs to be updated, since I don’t know if the place is actually closed or not. Unless the few people inside working night hours on 10/26/25 decided to be lazy and not actually do their job.
