  I went in & ordered a foot long pizza sub & foot long tuna sub. The two staff were ABSOLUTELTY rude & miserable & looked like they were smelling poop in interacting with customers, even while customers were trying to be polite & they were just very rude back. Said they couldn't heat up or toast the pizza sub either. They took soooo very long & would only put 6pickle slices on a foot long sub. I even said I would pay for more & that no other subway had ever done that. THe elder lady said no & told the younger lady to only put 8 black olives & no more on a FOOT LONG sub. I then said just let's make the tuna sub & the elder female worker said she had to go make the tuna in the back & would take 10 minutes. I had already been there for 14mimutes with only ONE customer in front of me with a six inch sandwich. They were rude to her & to her father when he came in to pay & COMPLETELY ignored & rolled their eyes & looked like they smelled something very stinky when he was being polite & speaking. I told them I couldn't wait for her to go make the tuna & she said to pay for the pizza sub that they never finished making. I told her, "to Hell with that"& that they were VERY rude & that she could pay for them with her stinky attitude & walked out. MANY people told me not to go in THAT in Waynesboro, MS subway because they are so rude & miserable. I can see why & will never go back. That was outrageously rude & obnoxious behavior when I would be paying about $13-$15 per sub & 💯 NOT WORTH the hassle or the money. LOOK AT THE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE 2FEMALE WORKER'S FROM 1:30PM ON -2/9/26!!!

  Says they open up at 8-9 am, yet they either flat out ignored me or didn't get ready until after 10 A.M. Ridiculous. Hire better workers, because clearly their dedication is low.

  Food is usually good. Problem is they are short staffed with new tech improvements. Two sandwich artist making sandwiches. The two staff were trying too make sandwiches, bake bread , and fill online orders. Customers waiting and online orders took priority. Online orders should have a seperate station with so many orders. Customers in the store took second place to the orders online. This Subway has not restructured the sandwich making process with enhanced technology of different ordering venues that are now being used. Time to rethink the process of additional orders while also taking care present in the restaurant. Establishments can't continue to always do as the have done and keep up with technology.
