    Rude employees, slow service, and sloppy food thrown in a bag! Fast food is garbage with garbage employees. Jason and the new girl should both be fired.

    We pick up our bogo deal and order a large fry. The fries were old and cold as well as over cooked like it was either the last of the batch or sitting for a long period of time. Also our sandwich only had like two pieces of brisket on it. I do like Arby's so will return , but our Waveland visit was not impressive.

    Went to Arby's tonight and the worker rudely stated, "server down". I tried to ask what this meant and asked if I could pay in cash and I was completely ignored. I didn't know if they didn't hear me so I asked again and once again the worker ignored me. They need to update their times because clearly the workers won't work after 10:00 pm. We pulled in exactly at 10:00 pm and they refused to serve us. Very rude and hurting their business.

    Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one ever addressed me. Went inside to see that’s there’s not a soul in sight. I rang the bell. Heard someone counting money and talking in the back. After another 5 minutes of waiting I just left. Last time going to this location.

    Did a mobile order. Waited in drive thru for 10 min. Only one car at window. Ordered the Brisket sandwich. Hardly any meat, no fried onions, no BBQ, and a piece of sliced cheese. I tried to call in, but Noone would answer. Very upset especially for the price.
