  Sometimes they get it right...Sometimes they get it wrong...very wrong...this is fast food these days...gotta unwrap every item to see if it is correct.

  I stopped by here to get something while on my way traveling. I walked in and was greeted by someone fairly quickly. I gave them my order, and after paying, I never saw that person again. The place wasn't busy at this time (at least on the inside). I clearly could see my order being prepared. The person took great care with making my order. Then, they slid the sandwich out to the front, and it sat there with me staring at it for almost 10 minutes. The whole time, nothing was going on. The person making the sandwiches was still making more for other people, but there was literally no one at the front following through with anything. At about the 10 minute mark, someone that had been wandering around for a while and not interacting with anyone, started further prepping the pile of food at the front. They grabbed fries to put into the pile of food that had been waiting. When they finally brought me my more than cold sandwich, they forgot a part of the order, and had to go get that as well. Giving 2 stars because when there was someone to speak with that works there, they were friendly enough. And even though my sandwich was like ice, it was still good after a bit of a visit to my microwave. Not sure what their work standard is there, but customer service was not on the menu this day.

  I had ordered a DoorDash for one honey mustard chicken wrap, one ranch, chicken wrap, and a ham slider kids meal. My ranch wrap was fine my honey mustard wrap no sauce at all no honey mustard sauce at all just plain as day my kids meal ham was burnt fries cold as the Arctic sea. I called six times to this location. No one Answered this is unacceptable

  Rude employees, slow service, and sloppy food thrown in a bag! Fast food is garbage with garbage employees. Jason and the new girl should both be fired.

  We pick up our bogo deal and order a large fry. The fries were old and cold as well as over cooked like it was either the last of the batch or sitting for a long period of time. Also our sandwich only had like two pieces of brisket on it. I do like Arby's so will return , but our Waveland visit was not impressive.
