  Was refused service because I had a service dog. I was yelled at and embarrassed the other day when I arrived with my service animal. I explained multiple times she was a service animal and even tried to show the owner her ID card and he still refused me service. A police report has been made and corporate has been contacted. He even had the audacity to say, why would you bring a dog into a restaurant and I explained again that she is a service animal.

  Although the food was delicious, the attitude of the server was ridiculous and I’ll never ever go there again…. I ordered a foot long sandwich and he only put about three or four olives on it and I said those aren’t enough olives and he said it only supposed to have three on a footlong sandwich…. Really???? Are you serious??? I’ve never been to any subway that only puts theee to four anything on the sub….I wanted the combo with chips and cookies and he told me I had to choose, I said I want them both, I’ll pay the extra… And he held my change until he gave me my food and then tried to show me in a book where it’s only supposed to be three olive on a footlong…. I told him I didn’t wanna see it. And he said the next time you come back you’ll know, I said there won’t be a next time because I’ll never come in nor order on line ever again… and my friend that I was with didn’t say anything to him, just standing on the side waiting on me and he started with her…. He was rude and very unprofessional and he talked about us to another group of people before and after we exited the building…..the subway in Watervalley has definitely lost me as a customer indefinitely.

  We stopped eating there because the portions have gotten Smaller .We just don't think we get our money's worth.
