  The young lady in the drive thru was very nice and respectful whoever was over her on this shift at 7:20 pm needs to learn how to talk to people better what sense does it make because I spent a certain amount of money I can’t make two orders I will not be back taco casa it is .

  I don't know but more times than not they are out of beef. I typically have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my food though

  I have been to this taco bell so many times and never had a problem but it took me 30 minutes just to get my order taken in the drive thru and when we did get it taken I have a online order it took another 30 minutes to get it they pulled up every one and was just giving the wrong order to people we was giving a order and we said was it my online order and said the name and he said yes I always check my food before I leave this woman seen me look in the bag take stuff out that was her order he proceeds to take the bag back after we day it's the wrong order then he goes to give the bag that my hands have done been in and try to give it to the woman now I have worked in fast food for over 4 years you always say what was your order if you pull people up and you don't give a order away if someone has put there hands in I dont know the mas name but y'all need to get it together it was at 5 to 6 and and then when we did get are food we had some of my food missing the man was shy he didn't speak he only said 1 word he needs to go back to training I am hoping that he is in training that woman I don't blame her I would not wont that food either that could have gotten anyone sick I'm sorry but it's common sense not to give a bag out that someone else has have been in.

  The food is okay if you actually get your order. This was my 3rd and last time here. All 3 tiles the order has been missing at least 2 items (out of 5). Tonight I ordered x2 chips and dip and a burrito. I got the dips a burrito. No chips. I left without checking because I had to wait 35 min in the parking lot for the order to come out. On a positive note, the girls working have always been super nice! Late night it super sketchy in the parking lot.
