  Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted. The guy that placed my order must have been training because he asked LaShonda to unlock her register. Once she did I ordered 24 bone in wings, 2 orders of fries, and 3 drinks. The cashier (guy) stated that my order came with 3 ranch dressings (without me asking) & I said ok good. My total came out to be $49.57. I handed the cashier $100. He asked me to hold on so that he could get her. She came up to the register rude & stated that he shouldn’t take the $100 especially with me paying that amount ($49.57). She also told him that he should’ve told me before. I told her that he didn’t know I was paying with $100. She rolled her eyes and took the money. After she returned my change I thanked her but didn’t receive a response. When my order came out. I walked it to the table where my 3 children were. Opened the bag and placed all food on our table. I only had 1 ranch so I walked up politely and mentioned this to LaShonda. She frowned again & said that she put 3 ranches in the bag! I said no I only have 1 then I walked back to the table to double check, still 1 ranch dressing. So I went back to the register to tell her this. She immediately started yelling at me saying she put it in the bag! It’s all good! It ain’t but a dollar & eight cents. That’s when I told her that I wasn’t paying for any more ranch dressing when it came with my meal. I also told her that she was very unprofessional, that she was rude since I walked in the door, and that if she didn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there. There were numerous of customers whom witness this along with my children. Once things calmed down she began to be polite to incomers by greeting them and saying you’re welcome, along with a smile. I asked a coworker for her name before exiting because she didn’t have on a badge or introduce herself. This was my first and last time at this particular Wingstop because of this.

  C'mon now, why did the lady get angry with me because she forgot to put an extra ranch in my bag(that I paid for). It's like some of the people they hire hate their job. The guy with her was trying to reason with her; and she still was trying to get loud. That could've gotten ugly really fast.

  Food is good but they have gotten my order wrong the past FIVE times I have door dashed… Do not bother calling their local store, it’s a recording and the manager refuses to return calls. Do better.
