  “Night crew at Wendy’s: where dreams go to get deep-fried in despair. Ordered a simple Dave’s Double + fries. They hit me with the full combo like I’m auditioning for a mukbang. Fine, I yeet the drink—problem solved, right? Wrong. Fries arrive looking like they were rescued from an oil spill in the Mariana Trench: jet-black, soggy, glistening like they were marinated in motor oil and regret. I flag someone down. Crickets. 15 straight minutes of me staring into the void while the staff perfects their ‘ignore the customer’ world record. Finally, a lady swoops in, dramatically ‘remakes’ the fries… and hands me what I’m 99% sure are the exact same crime-scene fries, just rotated 90 degrees for plausible deniability. Even greasier. Like, congratulations, you leveled up the grease. I did the only dignified thing left: smiled sweetly, said ‘thanks queen,’ and Olympic-torched them straight into the trash. 45 minutes and $12 later, I’m holding a cold Dave sandwich that tastes like disappointment and broken promises. Wendy’s night shift: turning ‘fast food’ into ‘furious food’ since forever. Management, please send help. Or at least new oil. Or a priest. Something!!

  The customer service was horrible. There was absolutely no one in the lobby when I walked in yet I still waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. She looked absolutely miserable and spoke so low I could barely hear her. I had to repeat my order several times and SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG!! The food was even worse than the service. The fries were extremely old and burnt and same with the nuggets. They tasted like they were cooked in old burnt grease. Don’t waste your money or time.

  Im ssooo excited I got one ONE none burnt nugget yyyyaaaaa both me and my wife got 10 pieace nuggets all 19 was burned nuggets i got one unburnt =20 so happy 😊 thank you for burning the nuggets oh and dont dare complain you'll get a attitude back also its extra for sauce for said nuggets so 🤷‍♂️ yeah id make a comment but then it would be uncalled for or racist 🤦‍♂️ all im saying were in Mississippi i thought chicken never gets burnt or maybe im watching to many movies good day

  The night crew is awful to put it mildly. When we went inside to order, we were ignored for two minutes (all we got was a hello, nobody asking if we wanted to order) before we decided to go to drive-through. There was only one person in front of us, who drove off in less than a minute. The actually ordering process was smooth. When we asked for a receipt, it took awhile. They couldn't even give us ice cream or a drink for a few minutes. Our food was not hot. The serving was messy. The entire visit was fifteen minutes long. They did not care that this was *fast food* or about customer service, really. The worst part was that absolutely nobody else was in line, just us until the last minute. I do admit though: the food was absolutely delicious despite not being optimal temperature. I have no complaints there, and that's why it's not one star.
