  just left the local Taco Bell here in Vicksburg and what should have been a normal late night food run turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Like many nights in this city the line was packed which honestly is expected because the food is usually good and the experience is normally worth the wait so sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes felt like part of the deal. When I finally reached the speaker I was met with an automated message saying they were closed and to come back during normal business hours. I accepted that and figured I should have left the house earlier. That part was on me. But as I slowly pulled forward past the window I watched them continue taking orders from the cars behind me. That is where confusion turned into disbelief because now it was clear this was not about being closed. It was about choosing who to serve and somehow I was the one customer left out after patiently waiting my turn. There was no explanation. No courtesy. No attempt to acknowledge the time already spent in line. Just a silent decision to serve others while I was dismissed. As a regular paying customer that kind of treatment feels less like an inconvenience and more like being singled out and disregarded after doing everything right by waiting respectfully in I had my mouth set for some good ol Taco Bell but I had to settle for McDonald’s not because I wanted to but because I was left with no choice. I understand nights get busy and pressure from corporate metrics exists but no loyal customer should be made to feel invisible after waiting that long. This was disappointing and inexcusable and unless this kind of issue is addressed I will not be returning.

  Took over 90 mins on two meals thats just ridiculous and half the food was cold

  Got there at 11:52 PM when they don't close until 2 and they had the lobby closed along with having the menu intercom turned off and nothing on the gril

  Food took almost 20m to come out, (4 Doritos locos and 4 beefy 5 layer burritos $21.33) tacos were missing shredded cheese and the burritos were missing nacho cheese and weren't grilled as requested. There was only Diablo sauce out in the lobby but I was given the sauces I wanted when asking for them from the back.

  Last night me in a couple of family visit Taco Bell last night we ordered 4 steak quesadillas 3 strawberry freeze a number 5 and a Large Nachos Fries so someone in the background said gah damn like we had ordered too much stuff but this is so unprofessional and we pull up to the window in we see they are playing in now we see why the lines be so long at night
