  The service was horrible and the manager had a horrible attitude and it was her birthday and she started off yelling at us, all we wanted to do was figure out how their birthday free meal worked

  On 9/30/25 at 11:35, I placed and picked up a mobile order from this location, and the experience was unnecessarily frustrating from start to finish. When I arrived, I was immediately asked if I would be using my mobile app. I explained that I already had a mobile order. Then, the person on the speaker asked for a code. Confused, I mentioned that I didn’t know the code offhand. Instead of simply asking for the name on the order, something most restaurants do, she responded with an annoyed tone, “Ma’am, we still need a code.” I located the code and gave it, but by this point, the experience had already started off on the wrong foot. Since I had already paid through the mobile app, I drove to the last window to pick up my food, hoping to avoid holding up the line. To my shock, all the staff denned to be apparently waiting for me at the last window, about five employees all talking at once, questioning why I didn’t stop at the first window, and debating “how they would know what I ordered.” Their tone was confrontational and unnecessary. I calmly explained my reasoning, but three people continued talking over each other, insisting I had done something wrong. I honestly hope I never reach a point at my own workplace where I feel the need to treat customers this way. The eagerness to argue and the lack of basic courtesy from the staff made me feel unwelcome and stressed. While my food was fine, the overall atmosphere of the drive-thru was so unpleasant that I have no desire to return to this location.

  Tonight im giving McDonald’s in Vicksburg ms on frontage rd 5 stars. Why, mainly because of Angie! But because it’s the best service I’ve had there in a long time. I visit this location a lot. And when I say a lot, I mean like every other night. I work late a lot and it’s on my way home and easy for me to just grab something. And yes we eat out a lot. Usually I do not have good experiences with them because their attitudes are usually not very good. And im being nice to say the least. I’ve made complaint after complaint on the workers there. I’m sure Mr Larry the manager knows me by name 😂 but tonight, let me tell you. From the minute we pulled up to the speaker to the minute we got our food, makes me want to just give praise to the whole crew there tonight. Angie, my girl, the sweetest woman that’s been in employed there in a long time. Always so friendly and always has a smile on her face. She should be manager one day. Like seriously. She works the window, and I work in a restaurant and I know how hard dealing with customers can be. I’ve also worked in fast food, where the customers are extremely worse than in a fine dining restaurant of course. So for her to keep a smile, be so kind and polite, I just have to rave on her! Then after we paid mrs sweet Angie and pulled to the next window, for the first time in i cant tell you when, we were greeted with a smile, how are y’all tonight. Just the nicest. I asked the young lady, are you new, I’ve never seen you before in here, she informs yes she is new and I said honey please keep that smile and attitude it’s the prettiest. Youre so pretty when you smile. She was so sweet. I wish I would have caught her name as well. Then what I assume to be the manager came to the window and handed me my shake. Another smile, how are y’all. Never before have I been treated kind by every single worker I came in contact with in there. But tonight. They were on point. I just have to say thank you to the crew tonight. Thank you for making me want to come back. Keep it up. And to who ever put that crew together, good job. Did great. Now please keep them there together lol !!
