I know this is not Arby standard. Did I mention that this Arby’s is located in the Loves truck stop. Management should be ashamed of themselves for offering/serving such substandard food to people that don’t have the luxury to choose where to eat.

I'm allergic to onions, so my husband was nice enough to go back inside. Get me a French dip sandwich. Something that is simply impossible to screw up. But guess what? Yeah, they screwed up. I'm serious. This is the worst arby's, I've ever been to. In my life he has gone in for the third time at this moment to get the order fixed ...yet again I would be ashamed to work here
