  There was an overcharge and the employee lied about it. A sandwich was ordered and then when looking at receipt there were additional items. Was brought to employees attention and they lied and said that was the order of the woman that ordered beforehand but that wasn’t the charge. When bank statement was checked there was indeed an overcharge.

  Walked in and was told they are out of hashbrowns, bread foor lunch sandwiches and seal other things. This was just before 7:00 am on 3-25-26.

  Clean well maintained just dont go after 8 thinking your going to get hot food. Fries were cold mozzarella sticks warm the fish sandwich was cold and the hottest thing was the cobbler egg rolls and thats because they ran out

  No roast beef.. no lettuce ..ordered the fish. Instead received some thing that was supposed to be chicken instead of the fish I ordered both looked Dry as in old. I know this is not Arby standard. Did I mention that this Arby’s is located in the Loves truck stop. Management should be ashamed of themselves for offering/serving such substandard food to people that don’t have the luxury to choose where to eat.

  If I could rate a zero I would. They are always out of stuff I went last week they were out of roast beef, and ham. Went for breakfast this morning and they don’t have biscuit or croissants.
