- HJHana JonesJul 5, 20241.0Walked in around 7:10 they didn’t have nearly anything on the buffet, barely any plates and no bowls for salad. We put our request in for the bar and it literally took probably over 40 minutes for anything to get out. Around 7:40 two families came in and were eating the pizza that was literally there when we initially arrived. We still waited patiently and when I finally asked about our pizza request they had forgotten it and said it was going to be an additional wait. It wasn’t till like 8:10 they finally started to stock the bar back up. The server maintaining the floor literally took two phone calls while we were in there eating. I’m guessing it was her older child that was in there was just eating off the bar when the manager wasn’t around. Just seemed like they didn’t have an effective flow even on ToGo orders. When we finally ate a piece or two of pizza and left it was 8:25 and of course the manager was outside on the phone chatting it up. Out of respect we also tipped because those kids seemed stressed and was handling everything it seemed. Just would definitely recommend taking the extra 30 minutes and going to franklinton pizza inn.
