We could not order in the drive-through they said they have connectivity issues. This is the second or third maybe even fourth Taco Bell that has told us that they only take app orders only they told us to come inside when we went inside. There were was a long line of people and people acting dumb behind the counter. We left! We just wanted FAST food! I was against AI and robots IT WOULD BE so much better if we had them here!

If your looking for the worse taco bell food there is then this taco bell is the place because I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break and got 10 soft tacos and traveled about 1 mile down the road to where I work and when I opened the first taco up it was really wet so I opened another one and it was the same so I opened the rest of them up and everyone of them was extremely wet.so thank you for charging me 22.00 for lunch that wasnt edible and wasting my lunch break.i would not recommend this taco bell for any human or even animals to eat unless you like mystery liquid on your food

See. When your man gets off a 9 hour shift and wants to get you and him some Taco Bell and he basically only orders himself 4 tacos… and the tacos look like this. It’s hard for me to even eat my food. I don’t care how late it is. He is so kind and polite to every worker ANYWHERE and he wanted some food. Why are all his tacos paper thin and have practically NOTHING in them?

I have a large family with several children. We don't eat out often however, occasionally we do treat our children to takeout. We rarely go in and generally will order from DoorDash and go pick the food up because we try not to burden employees from having to clean up after our children. Our children are loud, as children can be, and they will enjoy their food in the comfort of their home as they play and can be as loud as they want to be. However, it is very displeasing to place an order for almost $70 as a treat to our family to arrive at the store walk in and the entire 15 to 20 minute wait in the lobby having to listen to an employee continuously talk bad about, downgrade, and belittle the person that made this big curse word order. Then proceed to turn to me, as I suppose not realizing that people do order their own pick up orders from DoorDash, and assuming I was picking up an order for someone else, and Down talk and belittle the person that made this order and how wrong they did them and me. I quickly at that point after listening to the negative talk for again 15 to 20 minutes corrected the employee and advised this is my order for my children after continuously shaming the person that placed this order and finding out that I was the person that she had stood and shamed and talked bad about my entire wait in the lobby. Not one apology or act of remorse. I do understand venting, having a bad night, frustration with keeping up in a fast paced environment. However it would suit well for a better customer experience if the employees were trained to refrain from making these comments and speaking negatively in front of customers. I'm not shaming the comments that were made because I do not know the mindset of this employee at the time nor what she was going through. With that being said, I'm sure the employee did not know how shameful and embarrassed she made this mother feel for trying to provide an occasional treat to her children.
