  Very good, walked in and was immediately sat at a table. Service was very prompt and our server Gavin was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very quick with drink refills and bringing condiments. 10 out of 10 will definitely go again when I'm back in the area.

  Very poor service tonight with Outback, this includes managers, the waitress and whoever likes to call themselves a cook or chef for outback. They mixed up my steak and my wife’s steak at first. My steak first was undercooked and so the waitress took the steak back, the steak came back it was extremely dry. The male manager acted like he didn’t want make me another steak, so I went with hamburger steak because who can mess up a hamburger steak, the female manager come out with the food. The hamburger steak was extremely bland and what they called gravy tasted like toilet water, but at least the female manager offered to make me something else. At that point I was irritated, but when we had a question about our check. The waitress said “What’s the problem NOW? Ugh. Fine. I will get manager.” And then she stormed off. To managers- What kind of poop storm are you running where the waitress acts like that? Please train the chefs/cooks to know how to cook a medium rare and a medium well (what I got last time). We had been there before three weeks and had the same problem with my steak being wrong but that time it was overcooked. At that time the manager on duty at least made it right.

  Kind of hit or miss with service at times but the food is usually consistent. It is no 5 star restaurant but it is a good, budget friendly, night out

  Wanted to try Outback again since we hadn’t been there in a few years. We both ordered the 6 oz Victoria’s filet mignon medium rare. Husbands was perfect. Mine was overcooked - even the waitress noticed and agreed. She took it back and asked them to cook another one. Second one finally came - after husband was finished eating and I’d finished my baked potato. This was a little better but still not medium rare. I just gave up at this point and ate what I could. There was absolutely no compensation for the TWO overcooked steaks - granted I ate most of the second one because I was hungry and we wanted to go back to the hotel by then. And I was definitely NOT waiting again for another. When you pay $30 for a steak it should be cooked the way you order it- if not and the waitress suggests she take that back and get you another then that one should be cooked correctly. Ridiculous that my husband’s was perfect but twice mine was overcooked. Customer satisfaction at this restaurant is terrible. So disappointed in this Outback- next time we’ll just go to Texas Roadhouse instead!
