  Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Every item we asked about was out of stock and they were laughing about it when we pulled to the window.

  Went through the drive through at 10:30PM, the cheese burger I got were extremely dry and tasted hours old. The frys were barely warm. The staff was friendly but the food was awful

  Spent 40 minutes the first time through for one meal. And now I’m currently making this review as I’m waiting for a door dash order which should be done when I arrive. They are sitting and talking and I haven’t even been acknowledged. They have no customer service and the food was cold…. Finally opened the window and tried to give me the wrong order. Never coming back.

  Drive thru, waited 10 minutes for food then walked in and received a bag, order was totally wrong. One Caucasian female employee walked up and said " what the hell is her problem" while I was talking to the manager. Finally got my order courtesy of the manager. Totally unacceptable behavior. There was several people in there socializing with the employees. Maybe a manager and employee change is needed. Judging by the previous reviews and your promises to fix them, don't tell me that you will address these matters because you are too focused on being your employees friend. That's why I said that there needs to be a manager change and possibly some employees changed. I look forward to that happening. Things would be very different if I was the manager.

  I asked for a straw and the kid at the windows acted like I asked for his kidney. When I asked for a receipt, the lady at the windows pointed to the next window. When I asked the kid for a receipt he huffed and puffed and said the lady who took my order should have given to me. I said that she did not and said that you would give me one. He stormed off again and said, upon his return, I dont have it. I requested that he get one. This wouldn't be such a big issue, however, twice I was charged for something that I did not order from the McDonald's in Tupelo MS. He brought me the receipt, without looking at me and handed to me as though he didn't have the time nor effort to be wasting it on me.
