It is not on your menu that way and if thats your practice, it should be there clearly to see by what your ordering. Do better.

Obviously banana cream has a slight color change to a pale cream color to it, well there it laid 1/2 inch stirred. The rest of the way the shake was never stirred and I received a cup of vanilla ice cream packed in a cup. 🤦🏻♂️ where’s these managers at while these kids are cutting up and playing while working? A lot less mistakes would be made if these kids had babysitters maintaining a work place.
