I waited till They started lunch right at 10:35 1040 thinking I would get fresh food and instead this is what I got. I must say the service was superb, but the food was terrible!

Tonight was by far the worst trip ive had to mcdonalds in my entire life im disgusted for seeveral reasons the first beingbthey handed our order out to the car in front of us then proceeded to give us the same unwrapped food when we got to the window without the least bit of concern 😟 who knows if the people in that car just left the hospital sick etc ... Secondly gave the wrong drink twice an still refused to fix it.. then thirdly when my husband attempted to take the drink back was stopped at the door and greeted with a bad attitude an severe lack of customer appreciation.... the my last an final complaint being when i tried to call the store they had taken the phone off the hook bc they were busy so reaching a manager was clearly impossible ... definately a disgraceful attempt at a quick family dinner 😡

I seldom post reviews. This McDonald's is a consistently poor experience. Today they were slow in the drive thru, which is typical at this location. They had a hot microphone and were bad mouthing the lady whose order they just took in the lane beside me. When I paid I realized my meal was higher than expected and after reviewing the receipt it was not the meal I ordered. I could then see the car in front of me also had an issue with their receipt. When I got to the window for my meal I mentioned having paid for the wrong meal and they said the lady in front of me did as well. They told me my total was correct though. It wasn't but I decided I would just rather leave and end the experience. I will just go to a different location or restaurant going forward.
