  So I ordered on the mobile app at around 7 on a Saturday the 7th went to go pick up my food and the store was closed I asked they said that they closed early because “no one was coming” and there were only 2 people in the store so I asked if I should just cancel my order and the lady said I’d have to went to cancel it couldn’t because it said they already started preparing my food went back up to the door got the same lady to come out asked for the manager she said it was this lady that was by the drive thru talking to a man I went to talk to the manager said ma’am over 5 times not trying to interrupt the woman whilst they were talking about how bad the work conditions are had to walk up to her and tap here to get here attention asked her about it and she said just let it go through and it will cancel itself I said ok and left waited 2 days later for a refund from cashapp and it was pending for those times and then it just posted and I’m very livid it’s not about the money but the principle and the lack of service currently on the phone called 4 times got in touch which then on the 5 time asked for a manager it’s been 10 minutes and I’m just sitting on the phone.

  Went in around 8pm with my Wife. Stood there for around 15 minutes, during which time two employees walked right by us, one of them twice walked by and we were completely ignored the entire time. No “I’ll be right with you” or no “sorry for the wait”. Absolutely ignored. We just walked out. I wouldn’t recommend at all

  Would not even give this place one star both burgers they place mustard on the outside of the top bun where it could not even be picked not to mention how the employees at both windows made you feel not welcome at all. The owner should reconsider the type of people they hire because as for myself and my big family and friends here we will not be using this place.

  The employees are standing around on their phones doing nothing. I was sitting in the drive through for about 5 minutes till I got tired of sitting there and drove around to see the one who takes the orders sitting down in the window. Service sucks
