Crew was huddled at food assembly table laughing, pointing, staring, and making fun of the customers in drive-thru ; as customers, we felt as if they refused to make our order for burgers, and claimed they didn't have beef. Unreliable is not the word for it. Was not treated the way they would treat their friends or family.
