- KHkaylee haygoodFeb 21, 20261.0I went here last night and the guy with long brown hair was very unprofessional. He drove off customers and treated me terrible. He acted like I was stupid saying stuff like "you're not gonna believe how simple this is just wait" then proceed to pour milk into the blender. And when I asked for just a milkshake with extra brownies he slammed both his hands on his face and looked at the other customers and said "i hate it when my customers are so difficult". Excuse me? I asked for one thing. He also wasn't wearing gloves. Not only was he saying mean things he was complaining about other customers in the store. I understand having to work alone but there's no reason to treat the customers with the most udder disrespect. Then finally after all of that he gave me a milkshake that was so thin it was like drinking straight milk. If I could give zero stars I would.

- KCK CNov 22, 20222.0We’ve been in here a few times. The staff seems friendly, the ice cream is good, and, unlike the other location in Tupelo, their dinning area is open. We’d noticed the building needed some TLC and the eves need to be cleaned, but the inside seemed okay. Until we ate inside for the first time. Sitting at one of the tables, we looked over and noticed the blinds were gross. Not simply dusty, but splatted with yellow, black, and brown chunks of something sticking to the slats and edges.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
