- TWTai W2 days ago2.0I go here every weekend but today the guy there didn’t look sanitary at all. They need to wear gloves when scooping ice cream. He had white stuff in his hair idk if it was lice or what, shirt was very dirty and had scabs all on his arm. I didn’t eat the ice cream i purchased.

The girl at the drive thru must have miss heard me and thought I said 4 scoops (i understand the miscommunication). After paying, another girl came and gave me the receipt, I asked for spoon (because my neices got ice cream IN A CUP) and she slammed her hand on the counter before handing me the spoons, my cone was stale and it was overall disappointing. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this highly unacceptable, won’t be back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
