    Only 2 girls working we are the only ones in the drive thru and no one is in the lobby. 1 male working walking around like he has no clue what to do. Our wait was at Least 15min minutes for 2 boxes of food.

    I know its not totally the employees fault but y'all need to get whatever is broken fixed. Running out of roast beef at a restaurant known mostly for their roast beef cause of an oven not working correctly is kinda crazy. Suggesting we come back in about an hour on an already cold night is even crazier 😅

    I got off of work after a long day decided to go to Arby’s and didn’t know what I want the nighttime manager. I believe she goes by the nickname, KT Very sweet person let me take my time. Ask me anything else I would need to make sure my order was right and hot and fresh 10 out of 10 experience.
