  my doordash order was wrong because out of stock of my favorite drink and Bailey took great care of fixing it for me. very nice and helpful, much appreciated

  Ordered my breakfast, line was moving pretty steady. Got to the window, she tried to give me the wrong order and then just asked me what I had. When I told her she asked me to pull around to the front, so I did. The next 2 people behind me in line also had to pull forward and both got their food before I did (keep in mind, I did not have a complicated order, just a $6 meal deal, nothing special). When I did get my food, there were 5 hash rounds in the bag. And no I don't mean 5 orders, I mean 5 individual hash rounds. And to top it all off, they were cold and tasted old. So I had to wait on old food. So very very disappointed.

  On multiple occasions, at different times, on different days, I have gone to Dunkin’ donuts to get an Avocado toast. Almost every single time, no matter WHAT time I go, I am told their ovens are down for cleaning. I have truly tried to be understanding and patient. However, after this being at least the fourth different time I have been told this, I feel the need to leave a review. The first time this happened, it was in January. I let it slide because we had snowstorms/ice etc. The second time I went I was told the same thing. I was frustrated, as I had waited a couple of days to go again to try and avoid this issue. Then, it happened a third time. I waited a couple of weeks and now, once again, I am left with no toast. This arises a couple of questions. Why on God’s green earth do the staff choose to “clean the ovens” in the middle of the day??? Why is it so inconsistent?? Some days I get my food and some days I don’t, regardless of the time. When I do get the food, it is delicious, which is why I find myself trying to get it again. After today, March 2nd 2026, I genuinely might never go here again. Quite frankly, it’s hard for me to not take it personal at this point. I’ve tried going on different days, at different times, and at this point you’ve lost a customer.
