Very disappointing pickup experience. I placed my order 40 minutes ahead, arrived at the scheduled pickup time, and still waited another 30 minutes while my order apparently wasn’t even prepared until after I got there. There were multiple customers waiting, no one working the pickup/register area, and nobody acknowledged us for quite a while because staff seemed focused only on dine-in guests.
Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, not add more of it. To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even hot when I finally got it. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Really frustrating and not what I expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I placed an order for pickup. The app and email said it would be ready at 4:20. I get there at 4:25. I end up waiting at the counter with another gentlemen for a total of 15mins to even be recognized. Finally, a woman takes care of the first person, she looks me directly in the eyes with a rude look, then walks away without giving me a chance to say anything. After several more minutes pass, another woman comes out to ask what the name for my order was. I told it, then waited 15 more mins for it to finally come out. I finally got my 6 wings and order of fries. Ugh.
So, I waited for far too long. I got served food from staff that clearly shouldn’t be interfacing with customers. They absolutely hate working there. What is management doing to these poor people to make them so hateful about doing their job? The rude staff, the slow kitchen… what’s going on, Tupelo B-Dubs?
You are SO lucky your food is insanely delicious. That’s all you have going for you - based on my experience.

I have problems at the Tupelo location everytime I call in an order. We usually do 4/5 people ordering when we eat there. Most of the time its because they dont read and someone always ends up having to go back and get the food corrected. This time I called at 12:12 today and ordered 2 pick up and lady sd it would be ready by 12:30. So I got there are 12:40 and didnt get my food until 12:59. When I looked at the ticket it shows it wasnt even put into the system until 12:22… Like why? Then when you say something you get attitude from the girl. I mean I love their food but something needs to be done because bad customer service is not the way they want to go!
It was 10pm so I pulled into the parking lot and used the app. Unfortunately, the online deal that I had ordered was not available at the Tupelo store.. so I had to start over!
It was about 10: 10 when I finally finished the second order and when I went to pay it said he would not be available until 13 hours later. I decided not to pay, and walked into the store.
The girl that met us at the door was very nice. When I told her we needed a table for two, she turned around and asked one of the female servers if she could take two more. Apparently, the young lady had had all she wanted for that day and the look on her face said absolutely not even though she said okay. At that point, I told the lady at the podium, just set me and my son in the bar. She assured me it would be okay, put the facial expression said otherwise.
That was when I told her that actually all I was going to do was just order and get it to go because I was trying to use the app and it said the order wouldn't be ready for 13 hours. She told me to go ahead and pay through the app and she would push it through in the back and we could just get our food to go. By this time it was only 25 minutes after 10:00.
By 10:30, the servers had the main dining room almost flipped upside down cleaning. There was one table in the main dining room with people still eating - and this chaos was going on all around them, though it didn't seem to bother them.
At around 11:00 p.m. my order finally made it to the front. But keep in mind, we had two drink orders at the top of the ticket. You see, when I did the online order I ordered the drinks first so that it would be the first thing they saw... But it was absolutely the last thing they filled. We stood there for over 30 minutes and never got our drink order until the entire order was complete. - now I will say that this may be common. It just seemed a little bit off.
When the young lady brought her food out, she informed us that they had already started cleaning the fountains and would offer me a bottle drink. I assume that helps the store because the fountain drinks $3.50 for one and $3.99 for the other one that we ordered, so a less expensive bottle drink seems about right. I told her, one of those can be a bottle drink but the other drink that we ordered was a strawberry lemonade and if you can't make it that's fine. Just refund me my money. While I'm in the middle of saying that, she turns and walks away back into the kitchen. At this point I didn't know whether to just leave or wait. A few minutes later she walks up and hands me a cup and a straw. I asked her was this lemonade? She said it's what you ordered.. I said actually what I ordered was a strawberry and lemonade, but I understand it's closing and you guys have obviously had a very hard day.. so I will take it and I do appreciate you getting it for me. She never heard a single word I said, because by the time I said you have had a very hard day- she turned around and walked off and went back into the kitchen.
I assume that a manager or someone who monitors the Google reviews is going to reach out and say that they are sorry that we had a negative experience. You can save the effort and the energy of what it takes to type. I don't think you are sorry. I think that you are doing the best you can with the best you have. Will I stop eating there, probably not. I simply believe that the days of having pay for someone serve, you, prepare your food, and take something so simple as to make you feel really good about visiting a business or days that are long gone.
If you were going to flip the rooms, shut down the fountains, start cleaning 45 minutes before closing - might I suggest going ahead and closing at 10:00 or 1030?
I do try to visit businesses that are open late with a courtesy that if I can't be out of your business by 11:00 then I'm not going to order.
Also, if you look at the picture you will see what our wings actually look like. They were unspuned and the sauces were just poured over them and shaken up inside the to-go boxes.

Today at 5 PM, I visited BWW—a place I frequent from time to time. I had a chicken salad and drank one house margarita. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was incredibly slow. I didn't make a fuss. I asked for a knife and waited; eventually, I got up and tried to find one myself. When the waiter saw this, he finally brought me a knife. My spouse had asked me to bring home a hamburger and some onion rings. I requested the check and placed the to-go order. I didn't bother to check the food boxes when they arrived. They hadn't even put the food in a bag; I asked for a bag, and when it didn't come, I went and got one myself. I paid a bill of $40. However, when I got home, we discovered that there was no hamburger in the box. Instead of the onion rings and the hamburger, there was just a serving of french fries. I wonder—how exactly can you explain this to me?
